Graduate in BA Business and Human Resource Management and Working in the Employment and Skills Service. Her skills and experience includes supporting young people into sustainable careers and further training programmes post 16. IAG trained and qualified, she has spent time working across secondary schools delivering careers advice and offering one to one careers support to both parents and students about options after leaving school. The past 3 years of her work has focused on employer engagement, helping employers recruit/retrain staff within their business.
